(More customer reviews)Shortly after my first viewing of "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi" I spotted this book on the shelf in the bookstore. The urge was overpowering so I purchased it and read it before the day was over. For hard-core fans of the movies, it was an essential supplement, helping fill a need that only fellow Star Wars addicts can understand. If you are not in this category, then the attraction will puzzle you.
For me, this book was a look back to the early, heady days of the Star Wars movies, before the special effects grew to dominate the screen and overwhelm the story.
