This is the first long Star Wars book I ever read and I was quite impressed. With Anja Gallendro's growing addiction to andris spice she decides to steal Zekk's ship THE LIGHTNING ROD to go and get more spice from Kessel. Jacen, Jaina, Tenel Ka, Lowbacca and Zekk decide to go after her to stop her spice addiction and get Zekk's ship back. When they get to Kessel they learn that the administraitor has had a assasination attempt on him and Anja has left to Mon Calanmari. Leaving Jaina & Lowbacca to watch over the administrator. When the rest of the gang arrives at Mon Calamari they meet with the Jedi healer/ambassador they meet Anja and decide to destroy the evil Czethros (who smuggles andris spice) spice hideaway under the ocean. But Czethros has landed troops on Kessel for a takeover, and only Jaina & Lowbacca stand in his way! The book is exciting with lots of action. I recomend it to all Star Wars readers.

Shards of Alderaan (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 7) Review

Shards of Alderaan (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 7)
Average Reviews:

Recommendation This book takes place in the Tatooine. I would recommend this book for People between the ages of 11-14 because it presents a wide of survival events in Tatooine that were both exciting and intense. A reason that this book was exciting was the things that Jacen and Jaina ran into in space. "Jacen said that this is the best trip to Alderaan because they did something for their mother. Then they went to their mother to give her the rock she said what is this they said a rock from Alderaan. I recommendation this book to people who likes to read Star Wars because if you do not like Star Wars you will not like this book. "Dad," Jaina said. "Jacen and I have been trying to come with just the perfect gift for Mom's birthday. That means that they love their mother a lot "Then Leia said that if Jacen and Jaina don't work together they will not get back." That means that they will not get back at all.

Diversity Alliance (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 8) Review

Diversity Alliance (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 8)

Do you like Star Wars? Well if you do you should read the book the Diversty Aliance part of the Jouner Jedi Kinghts series. Its about after the movies. Its hard to compare to any series because most of the other books are about the movies. The book the Diversty Aliance is about a group of aliens called the Diversty Aliance that are looking for a plague that can kill all human life but aliens are immune to it. There leader has sent allmost every bounty hunter to find it. I think it was a good book for ages 9-13 I read this book in 1day. I liked it because I`m a Star Wars fan and you get to read about some old charters like Han Solo And some new ones like Louwe.

I have always loved Star Wars. I was a little ifish about reading the books thinking it wouldn't be as good. How wrong was I. It was cool how Jacen fell off of Cloud City. A very nice touch.his return was also interesting. It was nice how Tenel Ka can be so different when in mourning over her thought to be dead friend. It made her seem more real. If you don't like this book you must be crazy! And that is a fact!

Delusions of Grandeur (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 9) Review

Delusions of Grandeur (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 9)

Another great installment of the Young Jedi knights in the Diversity set story. Jaina, Jacen, Tenel Ka and everyone are such interesting charactors. There was a new member Lusa who was just as interesting. I also liked Raynor's crush on her. I still find the Diversity Alliance so interest that they are out to kill all of humankind. Its not a story I expected to find in Star Wars but I'm enjoying it.

The Lost Ones (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 3) Review

The Lost Ones (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 3)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
First of all, just in case Amazon doesn't fix this wrong link, if anyone reads my other review here somewhere it's actually a review for Number 3 The Lost Ones, but THEY messed it up and put it here instead. This however, is my real review for this book, Young Jedi Knights, Number 6, Jedi Under Siege. In this book the Young Jedi Knights rush back to Yavin 4 from their previous adventures on Kashyyyk to warn everyone of the impending attack from the Shadow academy. When they get there, the Jedi think they have at least a few hours before the battle to prepare, but in fact the dark Jedi show up just a few moments later. This whole book was basicly one long battle scene that involves just about everyone, original characters and new ones. Also what I liked about it was that this book didn't just focus on the same group of characters (Jacen, Jaina, Tenel Ka, Lowie, Zekk and if we're lucky Brakiss) like a lot of the other books did. Instead everyone has their own moment of glory, and even the older characters get to have some book space. Luke even got to have his own lightsaber battle which was of course the highlight of book, no, the series! Even after all this time he is still the coolest Star Wars character ever and he finally gets the chance to prove it. This book also has major conclusions to Zekk, the existence of the Shadow Academy, and the reserected emperor. This book was probably the best written of all these, though as far as being my favorite it is tied with Lightsabers, which is number 4.

The Emperor's Plague (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 11) Review

The Emperor's Plague (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 11)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I read this book. It's excellently written, very sci-fi, and once you start you just can't stop.
In this book, Zekk and Raynar go to search for the missing Bornan Thul. Bornan is protecting a deadly plague and weapons depot. There is enough plague in the place to kill every living creature in the entire galaxy.
Zekk and Raynar finally reach Bornan, only to find that he is cornered by bounty hunters Shakra and Boba Fett. Bornan puts the ship into self- destruct, grabs his navicomputer holding the coordinates to the depot, and jumps into his escape pod. But, before the ship blows, Boba Fett successfully slices into Thul's computer and takes information form the ship's log. Then, he returns to Nolaa Tarkona, the leader of the diversity alliance, and leaves.
Jacen and Jaina Solo, Tenel Ka Chume Ta'a Djo, and Lowbacca join Zekk, Raynar and Bornan and make it to the weapons depot. They must use mines and other bombs to blow up the depot before Nolaa Tarkona reaches it.
At the end, there's a BIG surprise so you'll have to read the book or I'll give it away. Anyone Who is willing to read a book 2 cm thick and thinks they can handle it is more than welcome to read it !

This book is the best one in the series so far. I liked the way the kids escape from Ryloth, and Tenel Ka really kicked the crap out of Hovrak. I can't wait until "The Emperor's Plague" comes out!

Return to Ord Mantell (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 12) Review

Return to Ord Mantell (Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights, Book 12)

I liked this book, but I got mad when Jacen and Zekk hung up on Tenel Ka and Jaina. It was so evil, I almost cried. In the next book, they kind of get back on track again, but most of the main problem revolved around Jacen. Zekk is only crushing on Anja for like, half a day, and after they set off to Anobis, he seems to think "Whoa, wait a minute, what the h*** am I doing?"
Jacen is, as usual, stuck in his own little world on the other side of the rainbow and you have to take a unicorn to get there. Of course, they don't exist, so he is completely out of it. Welcome to the real world, Jacen Solo. Now Jaina, she's more practical.
